Our Precious Son and Brother, Mark Vincent Waters, was born in the United Kingdom on November 15, 1975 and passed away on December 26, 2003 at the age of 28. We will love and miss him forever.

Mark enjoyed fishing with his Dad and playing football with his little brother Dean. He also enjoyed spending time with his little brother Thomas and his cousins. His Mum enjoyed Mark’s visits, phone calls and all the hugs and kisses they gave each other.

We are all left with this pain and sadness; you are with us in our hearts always, love and miss you so much, your heartbroken family.
