My husband, Dave Charles Gates, was born in Wildwood, New Jersey on December 31, 1944 and passed away on April 10, 2005 at the age of 60.

Dave was the love of my life. The husband every woman would dream of having. He was a great step-father and the best grandfather as he loved my children. He was always there for them. Dave was there for the births of all the grandchildren. He was the best.

Dave saved my life by showing me how to love again and what it was like to be loved. We miss him so much. He will live forever in my heart and memories. Davie, my soul mate, I love you.
