Our loved one, Anthony Joseph Survilla, was born in Johnson City, New York on December 22, 1984 and passed away on April 28, 2006 at the age of 21 at his Grandma Hedge’s home. 

We will remember Anthony forever and he will forever be in our hearts. Anthony was an amazing person with so many generous qualities. We ask everyone to visit his memorial site and please light a candle leaving a few words of comfort for our family. Till we meet again...PEACE
